چکیده
Ö?retmen yeti?tirme programlar? güncel de?i?im ve geli?melere ayak uydurmada birçok sorumlulu?u payla?maktad?r. Gelece?in ö?retmenlerini, toplumun ça??n ihtiyaçlar?na cevap verecek ?ekilde haz?rlamada bu programlar içerisinde yeni kararlar al?nabilmekte, planlama uygulamalara yer verilebilmektedir. Pandemi döneminde al?nan acil e?itim uygulamalar? aras?nda ö?retmenlik uygulamas? dersi kapsam?nda da bir deneyim ya?anm??, ço?u ö?retmen aday? ilgili ders deneyimini çevrimiçi ortamlarda tamamlayarak mezun olmu?lard?r. Bu ara?t?rman?n amac? adaylar?n?n pandemi gerçekle?tirilen ö?retim etkinliklerinde ya?ad?klar? deneyimleri ortaya ç?karmakt?r. kapsamda ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen 12 uygulamas?nda görev alan iki uygulama ö?retmeni nitel ara?t?rma yürütülmü?tür. Yar?-yap?land?r?lm?? görü?me formlar? kat?l?mc?larla ortamda odak grup görü?meleri yap?lm??t?r. Elde edilen veriler betimsel içerik analizi analiz edilmi?tir. Analiz sonucunda elde bulgulara göre, adaylar? genel olarak uygulamalar?nda zorlay?c? süreçler ya?am??t?r. süreçlerde en fazla kar??la?t?klar? zorluklar teknik aksakl?klar s?n?f yönetimi olmu?tur. Ancak mekânsal ayr?l?k dijital materyal haz?rlama kolayl??? ya?ad??? kolayl?k, ekran ba??nda olsa ö?rencilerle etkile?im kurabilme, uzaktan sürecine ili?kin deneyimler kazanma sürecin olumlu yans?malar? vurgulanm??t?r. Ara?t?rma sonuçlar?na detayl? bulgular tart???lm?? gelece?e yönelik önerilerde bulunulmu?tur.
